Mr. Husen explained extractive industries referred to in this regulation is the oil and gas and mining industries. In this regulation has also set about the formation of the extractive industries transparency transparency to the management of state and local revenues.

Mr. Husen also said that after the regulation is passed will be given 3 months for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who will be members of the executive team.
